ABOUT THE ACADEMY
HCP Academy is the training and innovation arm of HCP services, established to equip African electricians, technicians and aspiring innovators with the practical skills and knowledge needed to deliver top-tier electrical solutions that meet global standards.
Born from a passion to bridge the skill gap in Africa's technical workforce, HCP Academy launched its flagship program - the ElectroSkills Lab - as a hands on training platforms focused on electrical engineering, embedded systems, circuit design, and smart technologies. Our programs combine real-world projects, industry-relevant content, and expert mentorship to prepare students for both employment and entrepreneurship in the rapidly evolving tech-driven world.
We are committed to empowering thousands of young Africans with cutting-edge skills, fostering a generation of professionals who are not just job-ready but innovation-driven. Whether through in-person workshops or virtual learning environments, HCP Academy is building a community of problem-solvers, creators and leaders capable of transforming Africa's future.

Our Mission is building a skilled workforce by training 1,000 young people annually in practical electrical and tech-based skills, aiming to reach 5,000+ learners across Africa by 2030 - driving innovation, self-reliance and career opportunities through quality education and guided experience.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Our purpose of empowering African youth with hands-on technical skills for innovation and leadership has guided our achievements, and we have continued to grow.
Our First Batch
- Launched HCP Academy: October 2024, initiating a program for technical skill development.
- Trained 10 Students: From November to January, our first batch of students completed training in electrical installation, embedded systems, robotics and project management.
Real Life Project
HCP Academy student's Water Overflow Detection System showcases innovative problem-solving skills, leveraging electronics to prevent water wastage.

Certified Knowledge
Upon successful completion of the course curriculum, students presented their final
projects and fulfilled all required criteria. They were then awarded certificates as
proof of their acquired skills and competence.
Additionally, students were graded based on their excellence throughout the program,
including their performance on tests, assignments and project presentations. Having
demonstrated their abilities, these students were fully prepared and confident to step
out into the world and offer their skills professionally.
